What if the real fight over crypto was never about price — but about control?
A powerful new video breaks down the Clarity Act and shows how Bitcoin, Ethereum, and XRP are classified very differently under U.S. law.
The key insight: decentralization is not claimed — it is measured by structure.
The moment a project removes centralized control, the regulatory picture changes completely. As the speaker puts it, “Decentralization is not assumed. It is demonstrated.”
Bitcoin has no issuer and no one who can change it.
Ethereum and XRP had early sponsors but have since dispersed control to the point where no single entity can unilaterally dominate.
The real battle in crypto has always been about removing the very thing regulators regulate: control.

Sovereign Stacks and Sovereign Counties: The Same Fight for Removing Centralized Control
Yesterday I attended the first day of the Sovereign Stacks Masterclass with founder Jordan Page and presenter Damian.
Sovereign Stacks is not just another crypto course. It is a comprehensive, hands-on program teaching people how to achieve real digital and financial independence through AI, crypto, and privacy tools — while framing it as a larger journey of personal sovereignty.
Their message hit home. They are teaching families how to build real digital sovereignty — privacy, self-custody, and independence from centralized control. The core insight is powerful: the real fight is never about price. It is about control.
Decentralization is not a slogan you claim — it is a structure you measure and build.
When you remove single points of control, everything changes.
After the session I emailed them, introducing myself as a Kingdom on Earth builder involved in the New California State movement and sharing my Iron Sharpens Iron series. I also offered several undeveloped domains like TheTruthShallSetUsFree.com, WhoAreTheScammers.com plus 20+ more domains, they can use them for teaching website creation.
The Parallel for NCS Could Not Be Clearer
We are not here to build a better, stronger, more managerial State.
We are here to transfer power back to the People — exactly as President Trump declared in his January 20, 2017 inauguration speech.
We are here to transfer power back to the People — exactly as President Trump declared in his January 20, 2017 inauguration speech.
That means 58 counties with 58 independent economies, each exercising real sovereignty over its own land, resources, and local affairs, while sharing only the truly necessary state-level infrastructure (major water systems, large-scale power grids, and external relations).
Just as crypto’s Clarity Act rewards projects that genuinely remove centralized control, NCS must reward and protect counties that genuinely exercise sovereignty. If we only give counties better representation inside a centralized state legislature, we are still playing the old game of control. We have not changed the architecture.
Why This Matters Right Now
California’s policies affect not just 40 million Californians — they ripple across the nation and even globally. That is what happens when one dominant metro area (or a small group at the state level) controls the rest. The same risk exists in any new state if we repeat the old centralized model.
The current NCS Constitution still contains language allowing the State Legislature to “organize counties… and to restrict their powers.”
That is Dillon’s Rule thinking. It keeps counties as administrative subdivisions rather than sovereign partners. That is not transferring power back to the People — it is simply relocating the control center.
True decentralization means:
- Counties have primary constitutional authority over local land, resources, taxation, and regulation.
- The State’s role is strictly limited to genuine cross-county coordination and protection of rights.
- 58 counties can build 58 unique, independent economies tailored to their own people and land — while still cooperating on shared infrastructure.
This is the structural equivalent of what the Clarity Act does for crypto: it measures and protects actual removal of centralized control.
This is structural. It is architectural. It is the same principle Sovereign Stacks is teaching in the digital realm.
The Servitude Mindset Remains the Foundation
Even the clearest constitutional language and the best decentralized architecture will eventually be corrupted if the hearts of the people operating the system are not renewed.
That is why a Servitude mindset — loving God with all our heart and loving our neighbor as ourselves — must be the true foundation.
AI and transparent systems can help with accountability and un-hackable integrity, but they are only tools.
The light that casts out darkness is not technology alone — it is truth and renewed hearts working together.
We are in the last days. Light is coming. The Great and Terrible Day will be terrible for darkness and glorious for those walking in the light. Only the truth shall set us free.
Iron Sharpens Iron Challenge
To everyone shaping the future of New California State:
The real fight is not about creating a better-managed centralized state.
The real fight is about removing centralized control and transferring power back to the People — at the county and city level.
The real fight is about removing centralized control and transferring power back to the People — at the county and city level.
We must decide:
Will we build 58 independent county economies with real constitutional sovereignty, sharing only what truly needs to be shared?
Or will we simply create a new, more efficient version of the same top-down model?
Will we build 58 independent county economies with real constitutional sovereignty, sharing only what truly needs to be shared?
Or will we simply create a new, more efficient version of the same top-down model?
The Clarity Act shows what happens when decentralization is measured by structure rather than claimed by slogans.
Let NCS do the same.
Let NCS do the same.
Iron sharpens iron.
Let us build something structurally different — with clear constitutional protections, a Servitude mindset, and the courage to transfer real power back to the People.
Ms. Ip, congratulations on an open mind. Very thought provoking ideas. Look forward to hearing more!
