Public Health declared emergency on Hemp. Didn’t you learn anything from COVID SCAM?

That’s the real question—if Public Health truly prioritized people’s well-being, why aren’t they cracking down on heavy metals, pesticides, and toxic additives in everyday consumables, from processed foods to pharmaceuticals? Instead, they hyper-focus on hemp and CBD, which have been helping people manage pain, anxiety, and other health issues naturally.

This so-called “emergency” regulation smells more like a power move to control the hemp industry than a genuine public health concern. While Big Pharma, alcohol, and even the marijuana industry (loaded with synthetic THC and harmful chemicals) get a pass, industrial hemp and natural CBD—both of which have a track record of healing people—are met with aggressive red tape.

Why the Sudden “Emergency” on CBD?

  1. Protecting Big Pharma’s Interests – CBD was cutting into profits of prescription drugs for pain, anxiety, and epilepsy. By restricting natural alternatives, they ensure dependency on pharmaceuticals.
  2. Consolidating Power Over the Hemp Industry – With tighter regulations, only corporate-backed players with deep pockets can comply, eliminating small farmers and independent producers.
  3. Maintaining Control Over People’s Health – CBD was helping people reclaim control over their well-being. This threatens industries that profit from sickness rather than health.
  4. Government Revenue & Taxation – Unlike marijuana, hemp has been harder for California to regulate and tax at the level they want. Strangling small hemp businesses allows them to push for centralized state-run operations.

The Hypocrisy Is Clear

  • No emergency bans on glyphosate in food, fluoride in water, or toxic metals in baby food
  • No emergency bans on chemical-laced THC in high-potency marijuana products
  • No emergency bans on pesticides and contaminants in prescription medications

Yet, CBD—used for healing—is suddenly an “emergency”? The real emergency is the corrupt regulatory system bending to the highest bidder.
