For too long, California’s 58 counties have been treated as mere administrative districts under the thumb of Sacramento.
State mandates, overregulation, and top-down control have stripped away local decision-making. Boards of supervisors fight endless battles just to protect basic rights over land, water, agriculture, and business — while billions in potential prosperity sit locked away by distant bureaucrats. That era ends now. Through the New California State (NCS) restoration of the original 1849 California Constitution, we have returned the County Senator — the exact check-and-balance the Founding Fathers and California’s first Constitution intended. This is not symbolism. This is the mechanism that puts economic power, federal resources, and community destiny back into the hands of the people where they belong.
What Changed in 1964 — and How NCS Fixed It.
In 1964, the federal courts (in the landmark Reynolds v. Sims decision) imposed a one-size-fits-all “one person, one vote” standard that eliminated county-based representation across America. What had protected rural counties and local interests for generations was wiped out. California’s counties lost their direct voice in the upper house of the legislature. The balance shifted to population centers, and centralized tyranny grew unchecked.
NCS has reversed that injustice.
By rewriting and reinstating the 1849 Constitution — the same founding document that created California as a sovereign republic — we have restored the County Senator in every participating county. These senators now stand as the constitutional authority at the local level: sovereign representatives who can check state overreach, protect county rights, and drive economic decisions from the ground up.
This is the Great Reversal in action. The Economic Power Now Restored to Every County with the County Senator returned, each of our 58 counties becomes its own engine of prosperity — independent of Sacramento politics or tyranny.
Here is what alignment with federal leadership looks like in practice:
President Trump 45 laid the foundation. The 2018 Farm Bill delivered billions directly into rural America: broadband expansion, water infrastructure, conservation programs, value-added agriculture processing, farm credit, and research grants. These were never meant to be filtered through hostile state capitals — they were designed for local control.
President Trump 47 has supercharged it. The One Big Beautiful Bill Act (signed July 4, 2025) dramatically raised commodity reference prices (10–21% increases), expanded crop insurance for new farmers, poured billions into rural infrastructure and clean-fuel production, and added direct bridge payments to shield producers from market shocks. These funds are now aligned for county-level deployment. NCS County Senators are the bridge. No more begging Sacramento for permission. No more watching billions flow to coastal priorities while rural counties starve. The returned County Senator can now:
- Streamline local permitting for agriculture, bio-fiber industries, renewable energy, and value-added manufacturing
- Secure and direct federal dollars straight into county projects
- Protect water rights and land use from state confiscation
- Create county-specific incentives that keep jobs, wealth, and innovation right where the people live
Back to the Garden Mentality — The Possibilities Are Exploding. This is more than policy.
This is a return to Eden’s original assignment: local stewardship, multiplication of abundance, and prosperity under God’s blessing. Imagine every county:

Our 58 counties, aligned through awakened County Senators, are those leaves. When we exercise this restored authority together, healing flows — first to California, then outward to the entire nation. Chaos in communities is turning to order.
