No Income Tax, No Property Tax, and Allodial Title Restoration – The Servitude Mindset That Restores the Republic
In previous essays we examined the layers of the matrix, power consolidation, the West Virginia model, thorium as sovereign energy, and the 9 Branches of the Tree of Life.
Today we address one of the most practical and liberating steps New California State can take: establishing no income tax and no property tax while fully restoring allodial title.
Six other states are already pushing hard to eliminate or severely restrict property tax. New California has the opportunity to lead boldly by going further: no income tax + no property tax + allodial title as foundational policy.
This is not about starving government or creating chaos.
It is about shifting to a true servitude mindset — where every government position exists to serve the people, not extract from them.
What People Actually Want
Most people want simple, honest things:
- To keep the fruit of their labor.
- To own their land without the government charging them rent forever (property tax).
- To know their home and family inheritance are truly theirs.
- To live in counties that are safe, prosperous, and focused on the well-being of their own residents.
The current system does the opposite.
Income tax takes a portion of your work every paycheck. Property tax forces you to pay the government every year just to keep the roof over your head. If you stop paying, the government can eventually take your land. This is not freedom. This is a form of perpetual rent.
Allodial title is the historical and constitutional answer. It means absolute ownership of land — free from ongoing property taxes, eminent domain abuse, or government claims. The land truly belongs to the family, not to the state.
How We Make It Work – The Practical “Reduce, Eliminate, Steward, Multiply” Framework
The biggest question people ask is always: “How do we fund government without these taxes?”
The answer is not more taxes or more borrowing. The answer is a kingdom-aligned, practical plan:
1. Reduce
We dramatically cut waste, unnecessary bureaucracy, and overlapping government layers. NCS is already working to eliminate or reform agencies like CARB, the Coastal Commission, and parts of the CPUC. Every dollar not wasted is a dollar that does not need to be taken from the people’s labor or land.

2. Eliminate
Many current government functions are not constitutionally required. We return education, welfare, and many services to families, churches, communities, and the private sector where they belong and can be handled more efficiently and with more love.

3. Steward
Each county becomes a true sovereign steward of its own resources. Every county audits and renegotiates its land, mineral, energy, water, and resource contracts. A County Sovereign Wealth Fund is created so that the wealth generated from the county’s own resources stays in the county and serves its own people — not outside corporations or Sacramento.

4. Multiply
This is the Kingdom difference. We use the 9 Branches of the Tree of Life to create regenerative economies that multiply real prosperity:
This is the Kingdom difference. We use the 9 Branches of the Tree of Life to create regenerative economies that multiply real prosperity:
- Thorium and sovereign energy provide abundant, low-cost power.
- Land restoration and permaculture heal the soil and produce food and materials.
- Wisdom Academies train people in stewardship and innovation.
- Bio-materials, 3D building, and local manufacturing create jobs and products.
- The whole system generates new wealth instead of just redistributing the old.
A thriving county that restores land, produces clean energy, grows food, and builds bio-industries will create far more real wealth than the old tax system ever could. The wealth of the county truly becomes the wealth of the people.
How This Looks in Real Counties
- In a rural county like Imperial (Salton Sea), the Sovereign Wealth Fund from thorium, lithium, and geothermal resources funds land restoration, healing sanctuaries, Wisdom Academies, and local jobs.
- In a suburban bridge county, it funds 3D home building, bio-plastic micro-hubs, and community food systems.
- In every county, the focus is the same: sustainability and prosperity for its own people while loving and sharing with neighbors.
No more “one-size-fits-all” state mandates. Each sovereign county decides what is best for its land, its people, and its future.
The Servitude Mindset – The Most Important Change
This is not just policy. It is a heart and mindset change.
Every government position must be redefined as a servant. Bureaucracy layers must be simplified or eliminated. Power must flow upward from the people and the counties, not downward from a distant capital.
Parents regain authority over their children’s education. Landowners regain true ownership of their property. Communities regain the freedom to solve their own problems.
This is how we restore the Republic — not by fighting the old system, but by building the New.
God said He is making all things new.
We are the new things.
We are the new things.
With love and servitude, everything can be transformed in Godspeed.
Iron sharpens iron. This is Essay #10 in the series. Each one is written to help us see the matrix more clearly and step fully into the New. Let’s keep sharpening.
